Sleep Apnea
As you may know I was diagnosed with sleep apnoea. I have been using a CPAC machine for nearly 1 month to treat my sleep apnoea
or apnea depending which part of the world you are from. It’s taking time time to get used to it, but I feel that it helps.
Before using the machine I would wake up 6 or 7 times a night and be in a light sleep most of the night. This of course meant I was waking up tired and found it hard to stay focussed at work on some days.
As this is the start of my journey I’m sure things will go up and down, but as long as there are more up’s then using the CPAC machine will become less of burden. By burden I mean that it’s very difficult to talk and it’s not exactly something which improves your looks. Maybe some wives/girlfriends will be happy that;
- No more snoring
- You can’t talk, so they don’t have to listen 🙂
On the down side it’s hard to be amorous when using the CPAC, but maybe some will see that as plus!!
On another note my doctor seemed pleased with the results from my trial usage of the machine. Let’s see what he says after reviewing my first month of nearly using the machine every night!
